"Oh where to begin. It was phenomenal in every way. Jack Jones - magnificent voice. The orchestra almost drowned out by guitar, sax and singers at front. We both loved it all. Hands hurting from clapping. Standing ovation many times over. We stayed in city overnight - beautiful hotel, but couldn't sleep for songs going through our head.”

“Went to see Eclipse Pink Floyd Orchestrated at the State Theatre last night. It blew my mind! There was a ~30 piece orchestra, 3 guitarists, a bass, drums, keys, organ, synths, sax, rock choir, and multiple vocalists… Absolutely incredible musicianship and such a joy to experience the very best Pink Floyd songs delivered with such respect and quality. There was no standing or dancing allowed by I couldn’t help but move to the music. Full body goosebumps so many times. even tears at one point! I (mid 40’s) attended with my parents (mid-late 60’s). We were not alone in this dynamic! Lots of adult kids with their retired parents were there. I’m so grateful to my parents for sharing their music with me from when I was a baby. Beautiful that we can still share it now!"

The performance brings a joyful and energetic level to the music of Pink Floyd...this is a very 'live' exhilaration, not a mere recreation...the sound mix for the most part is brilliant, the new lighting effects shining like crazy diamonds throughout...
...as well as the expected familiarity of the 'Gilmour Guitar' sounds & sequences, there is a uniquely individual 'edge' throughout by all the amazing guitarists...
...the other highlights are... 
the stunningly beserk & baroque 'analogue synthesiser' of 'On The Run' by Paul White...
...the growling & howling prowess of Adam Page on Saxophones...
...Diane Panapoulos reaching the ethereal heights of The Great Gig In The Sky...
...a tremendous performance by all concerned indeed...

Finally...great to have Zkye Compson-Harris on board this time, an imposing stage presence & powerfully colourful vocals - would love to have her take the lead on more songs...
...and as this was the second time I have seen Eclipse in the past six months, and the song list was the same, would have loved to hear a few different Pink Floyd songs this time, from across their catalogue, such as Meddle, Division Bell, et al...and maybe even a 'deep cut' for us lifelong admirers of Pink Floyd...

So if an 'Eclipse' is about to appear in your neighbourhood, make sure you get of the grass, and experience in the flesh, the cloudburst thundering in your ear, along with all the other Floydian lunatics.”

I wasn’t sure if Diane Panopoulos was returning to perform Great Gig In The Sky, so when I saw her arrive on stage I knew we were in for an amazing performance. I loved Adam Page on the sax, but then again I loved everyone’s contributions on the night and it wouldn’t have been possible without all parties involved. I would love to go again for a fourth time!

I cannot recommend it more. The saxophonist was fabulous - the singer (Diane Panopoulas) who sang great gig in the sky was outstanding - but the best part for me was Another brick in the wall, as 30 kids from a high school youth choir arrived on stage and belted out a fantastic rendition of 'We dont need no education'...It sent shivers down my spine. 
Add to this a complete play of the whole of Dark side of the moon, classics like comfortably numb and shine on you crazy diamond. Absolute perfection......"
